Our representative will pick you up od your hotel in Cairo early in the morning. You will travel southwest toward Bahariya Oasis in a comfortable private air-conditioned minibus, covering approximately 360 km. As you leave the city behind, the scenery gradually transforms into the vast, golden expanse of Egypt’s Western Desert.

Lunch in a Traditional Restaurant

Upon arrival at the oasis, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant serving traditional Egyptian dishes, prepared with fresh local ingredients. This is a perfect opportunity to experience the flavors of the desert region.

Black Desert & El Haize Valley

After lunch, begin your afternoon adventure with a visit to the Black Desert, characterized by dramatic volcanic hills covered in black basalt stones. The contrast of the black hills against the golden sands creates an unforgettable landscape. Continue to El Haize Valley, a picturesque desert valley with sand dunes and unique rock formations.

Crystal Mountain & Agabat Valley

Next, visit Crystal Mountain, a stunning natural hill covered in sparkling quartz crystals that glitter in the sunlight, followed by Agabat Valley, known for its unusual geological formations and colorful desert scenery.

White Desert Stop & Return to Camp

Conclude the day with a stop at the White Desert, famous for its surreal chalk rock formations shaped by wind and sand over millennia. Enjoy the ethereal landscape and capture the perfect sunset photos. Later, return to El Haize for dinner and an overnight stay at a desert camp, surrounded by the tranquility of the desert night.

Continue to the Grave of Bannantiu, an ancient tomb offering insight into local desert burial practices, and the English House, a historic building that reflects the region’s colonial past.

After exploring Bahariya Oasis, begin the drive back to Cairo in a private air-conditioned vehicle. Enjoy the changing desert landscape along the way and return to your hotel in the evening.
