Lunch

Take a break to enjoy traditional Egyptian cuisine at a local restaurant, savoring dishes that highlight the rich flavors of the region.

Grand Egyptian Museum

After lunch, visit the Grand Egyptian Museum, Egypt’s newest and largest cultural landmark. The museum houses thousands of artifacts, including, for the first time, the complete treasures of King Tutankhamun. Its modern exhibition halls and interactive displays provide a comprehensive and immersive experience of ancient Egyptian history.

Overnight in Cairo

Meals: Breakfast – Lunch

After an early breakfast, check out and transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor, once known as Thebes, the capital of ancient Egypt during its most powerful era.

Upon arrival, transfer to your Nile cruise ship and enjoy lunch on board.

Karnak Temples

Begin sightseeing at the vast Karnak Temple, the largest religious complex ever built. Dedicated primarily to the god Amun-Ra, Karnak was expanded over nearly 2,000 years by successive pharaohs. Its massive columns, towering obelisks, and sacred lake reflect the immense religious power of ancient Egypt.

Luxor Temple

Continue to Luxor Temple, an elegant monument built by Amenhotep III and later expanded by Ramses II. Unlike other temples, Luxor Temple was dedicated to royal ceremonies and festivals rather than funerary rituals.

Return to your cruise ship in the evening for dinner and a traditional folkloric show.
