Payment (Deposit) Policy
To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled prior to your arrival in Egypt according to the following terms:
- Deposit Amount: A 30% deposit of the total tour price is required to secure your booking.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be received no later than 15 days before your arrival date.
- Late Bookings: For reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be received no later than 15 days before arrival.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via secure online payment link or bank transfer.
- Transaction Fees: All payments are subject to bank or card processing fees, which are the responsibility of the client.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation, and the deposit will be subject to the terms of the Cancellation Policy below.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be sent via email to provide written confirmation of your intent to cancel your reservation.
In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:
- Between 40 and 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total tour price will be charged.
- Between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
- Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price will be charged.
- Between 7 and 1 days before arrival: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.
Please note that domestic flight bookings within Egypt are subject to airline cancellation fees, which will be applied according to each airline’s policy.
